The rate includes a 'Welcome Pack' and weekly maid service. Bedding and bathroom towels are provided, excluding beach/pool towels.
To secure the booking a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to travel together with a refundable key/damage deposit of £50.
Bookings of 3 weeks or more will warrant a 10% reduction in weekly prices.
Arrivals and Departures:
The preferable change over day is Thursday, however, there is flexibility if the villa is free.
The villa is normally available from 4pm on the day of arrival, again there may be room for flexibility, where possible.
The villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Restrictions:
No under 25 year olds, unless with a family group
No Stag/Hen Parties
No smoking within the villa
Extras:
Cots, foldaway beds, pushchairs, wheelchairs, etc are available for hire, if required. Please ask for details and rates.
Holiday Rental Prices for 2007:
Low Season £325
Mid Season £395
High Season £475
Prices are quoted in GB Pounds for the entire villa per week.
Weekly prices for each season:

High-season £ 475.00 GBP
